 Practice what you preach!


Tired of leaders saying one thing and doing something else!

I've done it myself, but I keep monitoring my actions to make sure that they are following my words.

Once I said to one of my staff who came to office late, "this is not a good practice and you should always be on time" and the next day my car broke down and got to work late.

It's normal not to practice your own words sometimes but if this becomes regular, then it's not normal anymore.

Keep your action in check and make sure they are in line with your words and your belief.

That's what make you a great leader.
